No Refunds.
Software Consulting Associates holds a strict No Refund Policy. All returns and disputes are to be handled directly with the municipality. Any service fees that are paid directly to Software Consulting Associates may only refunded at our discretion on a base by case basis. If a municipality chooses to issue a refund, it will be less any fees collected for Software Consulting Associates. Fees collected by Software Consulting Associates vary (when they exist) and are determined by contracts negotiated with the municipality. All fees are disclosed before final payment submission.
